Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once a cosmetic product has been opened, it cannot be resold.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Product not opened or used
Products that have not been opened or used may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
